Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer local collection for certain post codes, otherwise orders will be shipped using Australia post. Express post is used whenever possible for orders, but please advise us when making your order if the purchase requires rushed delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5-10 working days to receive your delivery. We endeavour to have all orders delivered within 7 days from the time of ordering, however this is not guaranteed. Please contact us if you are awaiting a delivery and we’ll do our best to get it to your door as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Sure do! You just need to use the contact form found on the main menu and we will give you a quote based on your item selection.



Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card and 30 day accounts for wholesale clients. Credit cards are processed using 128 bit encryption through our payment provider Stripe. A full list of terms is available on their website.


Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

Select the ‘Shop’ tab on the home page, and use the drop down menu to select a shop category. Select items to add them to your cart. When you’re ready to check out, just select the cart icon on the top right hand corner of your screen, then follow the payment prompts to checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

At this stage we do not accept guest checkouts – this ensures we always have a way to contact you if there is a problem and makes future purchases a lot faster for you.

I’m having some trouble placing my order – who do I contact?

Just select the ‘Say Hello’ tab on the home page and enter your query in the contact form provided. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order before it’s shipped – please use the contact form under ‘Say Hello’ to get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Unfortunately purchases cannot be cancelled once they’ve left our studio.

How can I return or exchange my order?

Please view our returns policy on the Terms & Conditions page under the ‘Say Hello’ tab on the home page. We accept returns only to the specified conditions.
