GENERAL INFORMATION 

Is there a minimum order?

Yes there is. If you have not placed an order with us before, you will need to spend a minimum of $500 (inclusive of GST). Re-orders will need to meet a minimum of $250 (inclusive of GST).

Shipping is now a flat rate of $9.95 per order box sent – this varies depending on the type and volume of your order. Most orders will ship in 1 box.

What payment methods are accepted?

 

If you have not placed an order with us before – your account will be placed on proforma. Subsequent re-orders are on 30-Day account. When you place your first order, an invoice will be sent within 24 hours requesting payment via bank transfer or credit card.

Terms are strictly 30 days – we reserve the right to revoke your account at any time.

All stock remains property of Annie Everingham Design Co. until full payment is received.

How long does printing / shipping take?

Unless we advise otherwise, orders leave our studio in 5 – 7 business days and are generally delivered via TNT or Fastway couriers. Often orders ship in multiple boxes which can sometimes get separated during post, so if part of an order is missing its generally still with the courier and will arrive soon.

How are the prints / cards / cushions packaged for wholesale?

Prints (up to 16 x 20″) are sent individually packed in cellophane bags with a 1000gsm card backing + Annie Everingham Design Co. black and gold sticker.

Cards are sent individually packed in cellophane bags with a matching white linen envelope.

Limited edition prints will ship in individual tubes – please handle these with extreme care, preferably these should be handled only by professional framers to avoid damage,

What about original pieces?

Please contact your wholesale representative, amelia@annieeveringham.com for more information. Originals are very rare and only sold with approved stores.

Whats the difference between digital & limited edition prints?

Wall art prints are digital prints made from several artworks / mixed mediums. The print run for Wall art prints is generally based on a limited time of 3 – 6 months availiblilty. These can be ordered after this but only via email, these will not appear on the store after removed from general sale.

Limited Edition prints are created from original pieces, and are strictly limited to 50 per design / size. Each limited edition comes signed & numbered with a 1 – 2″white border for easy framing.

Note: limited editions due to size do not come packaged for retail, they will be rolled in tubes – again, please handle with care, we will not be responsible for damage that occurs after they leave our studio.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by logging in using the ‘my account’ tab on the main menu and entering the information provided in the original email from us. Email order are also welcome, please just let us know what you want and you will be invoiced directly without using the store.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Provided its within the first 48 hours of placing you may change / cancel an order, after that no further changes (apart from order additions) will be allowed, generally all art is in the process of printing at this stage as we print to order.

I forgot my password!

You can change your password from the ‘my account’ tab, just select ‘forgot password’ to reset. Alternatively, please just email us and we will reset your password for you.

My order has arrived damaged or is missing some items

Damaged items may be returned within 30 days for credit or replacement. Please advise us asap if something does arrive damaged to your store.

If you are missing items off your invoice please let us know (just be aware that several boxes may be delivered at seperate times). You can email us anytime and we’ll be more then happy to help.

How often is the range updated?

There is no set period for which a design might be up on the store – if there is an older piece that you would like please let us know via email and we can print for you. Limited editions will come and go depending on the print run produced.

Cushions are unavailable at this stage as the latest range has sold out, please keep an eye out for emails from your wholesale representative.

Are custom sized pieces available?

Yes they are – it depends on which artwork you are interested in / what size is required. Prints can be printed with varying sized borders, but please just ask us and we’ll accommodate in anyway possible. Limited editions are fixed sizes.
